Emirates has announced it will resume its A380 service to Moscow Domodedovo Airport (DME) - serving market demand and offering customers more travel options. The airline resumed flights to the Russian capital last week and due to strong passenger demand, its iconic Emirates A380 will operate the Dubai to Moscow route starting 18 September. Emirates currently serves five cities utilising its A380 aircraft including, Cairo, Paris, London Heathrow, Guangzhou and Toronto.

UAE approves COVID-19 vaccine for front-line workers

Abdul Rahman Al Owais, Minister of Health and Prevention, said the findings of studies during the final stages of phase III clinical trials show that the vaccine is effective and has a strong response, generating antibodies to the virus.

UAE grants paternity leave for private sector employees

Private-sector workers are now entitled to more parental leave after an order from President Sheikh Khalifa on Sunday.
Under the new law, private companies should give male and female employees five days of paid parental leave, to be taken within six months of the child's birth.
Previously, UAE law did not require private sector companies to provide the leave to male staff, although companies could include paid paternity leave at their discretion.
