Rivoli Group launches new in-store Customer Care Centers across UAE

The Rivoli Group, one of the leading luxury lifestyle retailers of the region, has recently launched their in-store customer care centers in UAE.  

The all-new customer care centres will undertake prompt service requests such as replacement of genuine Swiss-made batteries, straps & bracelets as well as minor repairs on clasps, pins, crown fixing and link-adjustment within minimum wait time for customers.

The new service is available to customers owning any quartz timepiece. The in-store workshop facility comprises of a team of highly skilled and professional watch technicians and specialist staff well equipped to ensure that service quality is fully met.

The in-store customer care centers will also perform water resistance tests, minor replacement of spare parts and ensure that the watch case and bracelet is polished after the repair is complete.

Customers can currently avail the service at Rivoli Stores in Wafi City, Mirdiff City Center, Sahara Center Sharjah, Al Wahda Mall, Al Bawadi Mall and Hour Choice in Al Qusais.
