Tod's host a private dinner to celebrate the local Tod's Band - Dubai

Tod’s hosted a dinner to celebrate the first Middle East edition of the Tod’s Band. Lana El Salhey, Ola Farahat, Noor Tehini, Karen Wazen, Ahmad Daabas, Mohanad Hattab, Mohammed Hindash and Abdulaziz Baz have been chosen as the 8 strong personalities who devote their lives to fashion, music, photography and art to form the harmonious whole that is the Middle East’s Tod’s Band. A story in chapters, starting with their entry on the scene, with a show of portraits. Please find attached a post event press release in English and a selection of images of the event in low resolution.

In addition to the international Tod’s Bands, Tod’s have selected a group of four men and four women that follow their own rules: a sense of detail, of the particular that makes the difference, typical characteristics of Italian Style too.

The looks in their eyes are determined, above all different. Like their way of moving, in the world. The accent is on quality and on style of life. Lana El Salhey, Ola Farahat, Noor Tehini, Karen Wazen, Ahmad Daabas, Mohanad Hattab, Mohammed Hindash and Abdulaziz Baz have been chosen as the 8 strong personalities who devote their lives to fashion, music, photography and art to form the harmonious whole that is the Middle East’s Tod’s Band. The photographer for this project was the very talented Banan Alawneh. The object of desire for the women is the bag, that Wave Bag in which secrets of high craftsmanship and precious materials revolve around a zip fastening, sinuous in all its sizes and finishes. The Band have adopted these signs and adapting them to their individual personalities.

The object of desire for the men here is the Leo Clamp, a new element that complements the timelessness of the Tod’s men’s footwear collection. Made following the traditional techniques of working with and assembling precious materials, this new accessory requires hand-stitching onto fine skins with the expertise and craftsmanship that characterizes Made In Italy, synonymous with Tod’s. The Wave bag and Leo Clamp becomes a new focus for the contemporary woman and man, an indispensable addition to their wardrobe.
