WAM -- Sheikha Lubna bint Khalid Al Qasimi, Minister of State for Tolerance, confirmed the robustness of bilateral relations between the UAE and the Republic of Armenia.
This came during a meeting with Armen Gevorgyan, the President's Chief of Staff today in Abu Dhabi to discuss joint cooperation prospects and issues related to the promotion of mutual respect, tolerance, understanding and cooperation to enhance strategic areas of interest for the two countries.

Caroline Garcia was the first player to reach the second round of the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships today when she overcame Johanna Larson 6-3 6-3. China National Petroleum Corporation Awarded 8% Stake in ADCO Onshore Concession by ADNOC

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), today, signed an agreement with the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), awarding it an 8% interest in Abu Dhabi’s onshore oil concession. CNPC contributed a sign up bonus of AED 6.5 billion ($1.77 billion) to enter the concession. The onshore concession is operated by the Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Petroleum Operations (ADCO).
