One of the most popular Friday spots in Dubai is reopening to offer guests a hellishly memorable afternoon with family and friends.  The Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen ‘Hellicious Friday Brunch’ has returned and is open for bookings at Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai.  Available for a maximum of five people per table, with prices starting at AED 295 per person inclusive of soft drinks, the brunch is back from Friday 29 May and every Friday from 12:30pm to 3:30pm.

Renowned for a fiery feast of the highest standards, the menu is now available entirely à la carte with unlimited starters and desserts served directly at the tables and a choice of one main course per diner.  While fans of the legendary Gordon Ramsay will be relieved to hear the most popular dish on the menu, Beef Wellington, is one of the main courses available to order, a whole host of culinary masterpieces have been created to start the afternoon with a bang and finish suitably sweet.

Set to a backdrop of indie rock tracks, the red and blue kitchens will be preparing starters including the Classic Caesar Salad, the finest of Tuna Tartare and mouthwatering Wagyu Meatballs. An unlimited collection of seasonal side dishes will be served alongside the main courses, and if brunch-goers can look past the famous Beef Wellington, other options include the Crispy Skin Salmon, Wild Mushroom and Truffle Risotto and the signature Hell’s Kitchen Burger.

But it’s the desserts that most diners look forward to and the unlimited options at Hell’s Kitchen deserve their unwavering attention and space to save.  From the Sticky Toffee Pudding, Jaffa Cheesecake and Apple, Cinnamon and Caramel Yule Log to a delicious Hell’s Kitchen assortment of treats served on a cake stand, these sweets are all definitely worth the calories.

Brunch at Hell’s Kitchen always has an element of competition and the famous Eton Mess Challenge is also back, with new measures in place to ensure social distancing practices are observed.

For those looking to hang around a little longer post brunch, Havana Social Club will be open and offering 20% discount on all beverages.
