The new Central Asian treasure OSH, La Mer offers a unique Uzbek Iftar with classics from the region and undiscovered traditional Uzbek treasures. The menu draws inspiration from the Middle East and Central Asia, showcasing a range of classic Iftar dishes such as moutabel and undeniably tasty Uzbek dishes like the popular Osh (fragrant dish of spiced rice, lamb and sautéed vegetables) and Chak Chak (fried honey cake.) The menu also has the perfect harmony of the Uzbek flavours with familiar, quintessential Middle Eastern delights like kofta, hummus, saffron milk cake and khubz.

Thanks to Chef Alejandro Castro, guests can dine on specially crafted Uzbek/ Middle Eastern Iftar menu in an expansive dual-floor setting with either indoor or terrace seating. The views are breath-taking with a panoramic beachfront sighting of La Mer and the Downtown area. OSH makes for the perfect Iftar venue with the opportunity for diners to indulge in the very best of Uzbek. The food includes a bounty of fresh vegetables flown in directly from Tashkent on a weekly basis, promising the highest quality and true taste of Uzbekistan, directly from farm to fork. The Uzbek Iftar is suitable for lounging with family and friends to break your fast or a more upscale lavish Iftar on the upper deck with a stunning picture-perfect sunset overlooking the Arabian Gulf.

Adventurous Iftar guests will not want to miss the Mixed Samsa - triangular pastries (similar to Middle Eastern sambousek) that are crunchy and flaky at the same time. It is made from a traditional buttery pastry dough encased around a minced lamb meat filling soaked in numerous fragrant spices and baked until perfectly golden brown.

The fun-loving crowd of Dubai will be dazzled with each step up the winding wooden stairs and past the pristine Uzbek-inspired interiors that lead to the dining areas. On your way up, a single glance of the live kitchen lets you know you are in for good views, food and company – Uzbekistan style.

Drawing its identity and inspiration from the world of Uzbekistan, the OSH Iftar Menu is a thrilling addition to Dubai’s Ramadan dining options.
