Pierchic, the multiple award-winning home of Dubai’s most exquisite epicurean adventure at Jumeirah Al Qasr, continues to emphasize its commitment to ethically sourced produce with a dedicated sustainable menu; an addition to its acclaimed a la carte options.

Available daily for lunch and dinner, the specially curated set menu offers five courses and uses only homegrown and ethically sourced ingredients, emphasising Pierchic’s ethos of sustainability. The menu has been introduced as a new option for summer diners following the overwhelming success of a similar sustainable menu, introduced to mark World Oceans Day on June 8.

Dishes on the menu include Dibba Bay oysters from the UAE’s only oyster farm on the country’s East coast; a duo of local hamachi and salmon ceviche with sweet potato and leche de tigre; lobster and locally produced ricotta ravioli; Dibba hammour with harissa, moutabal, koosa and lemon butter sauce; and butternut UAE ricotta cheesecake with pumpkin puree and pistachio ice cream.

Priced at AED425 per person, an organic grape-pairing package is also available for an extra AED295 per head, bringing the full experience to AED720 per person. Advance booking is required.

The new menu reinforces Pierchic’s strong reputation for sustainability within the F&B industry. The over-the-water dining destination adopted a market-leading stance against single-use plastics, by electing to remove straws and stirrers from use, and by opting to serve mineral water in glass bottles. Earlier this year, Pierchic also hosted a sustainability summit that brought together industry leaders to discuss environmentally friendly options for the F&B industry.
