This Ramadan, caya is set to bring an authentic touch to Ramadan’s dining experiences with its newest dining outlet located in Sharjah. Offering a modern take on traditional Mediterranean dishes with a flavorful twist on signature creations, the newly opened restaurant has created a delicious Iftar set menu and curated dishes for Suhoor.

Nestled between Al Dhaid Road and University City, the iftar at caya will be priced at AED 149 per person, including water and Ramadan beverages such as vimto, laban and much more.

Designed to be shared, the delicious set-menu contains delectably rich dishes that blend Mediterranean spices and tastes along with international flavors. From starters to main courses and desserts, they’re bound to have all your cravings satisfied.

To break the fast, a platter of lentil soup and homemade regag will be the start of the gastronomic affair. Keeping in the spirit of the month of giving as you enjoy a delectable affair, guests can expect the ultimate dining experience complete with minimalistic interiors, tranquil aesthetics and design elements leading into the Mediterranean and opulent affair. Adding to the traditional Levantine feast and offering a true Ramadan experience, guests can also enjoy the melodies of live oud music from 11 PM until 2 AM.

With mezzes being the common thread, a wide selection of delectable, fresh mezzes that are reminiscent of familiar flavors will fill the table. Mouth-watering hot mezzes will taste familiar and homemade – the most special flavors to taste during Ramadan. From the aromatic offerings to the dishes being served on traditional monogrammed cutlery, this iftar will be a feast for all the senses. Some of the delectable starters will include the famous hummus gardenia kibbeh serving warm flavors from the fresh breads from the oven and a flavorful keema and herbed cheese samosa with chutney tzatziki.

The heart of the iftar lies in its array of signature classic dishes ranging from their baked creamy chicken massakhan pasta and two other daily main course specials. Meat lovers can indulge in the butter chicken,  topped with creamy tomato sauce oozing rich texture.

To end the iftar on a sweet note, the desserts include Ramadan-favorites and caya’s best kept secret “ The Sweet ending”, a culinary creation set to soothe the palette and aimed to create the ultimate Ramadan experience.
