Russian Delicacies take Centre Stage at Rixos Premium Dubai’s ‘Na Zdorovie’ Brunch

Good Russian food is hard to find, unless you’re sitting down to dine at Rixos Premium Dubai’s newest Friday brunch, ‘Na Zdorovie’. The team behind the concept are aiming to breathe fresh life into Dubai’s thriving brunch scene with its newest launch, an unprecedented spread that represents the A to Z of Russian cuisine.

Executive Chef Ilker Ciftci will take the lead in the kitchen, wowing brunch-goers with signature Russian favorites, perfect for guests new to the cuisine, and for those already well-versed with this distinct flavor profile. Starting from a soup corner boasting a selection of comforting wholeness, a diverse tartare section, to an impressive cold seafood display, guests are spoilt for choice with the limitless spread of dishes. Other highlights include an octopus carpaccio station, a pelmeni section and a live performance of shrimp sautéing. Crepe lovers will find their haven at the Blini corner that serves its goodies with red caviar, and brunchers harboring a sweet tooth can pour over a jaw-dropping spread of sweet treats at the Syrniki dessert station.

Offering the experience a unique kick is the entertainment that has become an integral part of the brunch. Considering celebration is at the heart of Russian culture, diners can eat to their hearts content while indulging in some fabulous music and dance numbers from some of the best Russian artists of the region.

You can get your first taste of ‘Na Zdorovie’ on 16^th February. Rates start at AED 299 for ladies inclusive of free flowing bubbly, and AED 399 for gentlemen inclusive of unlimited Russian spirit.
